- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Incredibly friendly and attentive staff! I brought my glasses in (which I had purchased elsewhere) to get a replacement screw as mine had fallen out. I was prepared to pay for their time and for the screw but instead when I returned they just asked me to leave a donation in the charity box at reception. Not only had they replaced the screw they also tightened, cleaned and polished my glasses! I was sincerely surprised and blown away, you don't often experience that level of kindness and customer service anymore. 5/5 stars guys!
