  HORRIBLE customer service. I had been a patient here for 5+ years and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Vani. However the receptionist, Gail, was extremely rude and unprofessional at my last visit. She talked to me as if I were a bum off the street, not a loyal patient who has paid thousands of dollars to this dental office, including orthodontic services (which I could have and should have gone to a proper orthodontist for instead). Gillian the office manager was also very rude to both myself and my husband. Unfortunately the talented dentists here are brought down by rude front end staff. Also of note, I wrote a very long and detailed negative review on their website which you can only do if you are a patient and are sent an email with a link to leave a review. Coincidentally enough they must screen all reviews before posting because my review was nowhere to be found a week after writing it. Funny thing, I wrote a positive review several months back and it showed up the very next day. I have a very large extended family and have referred several family members here in the past. I will now tell anyone looking for a good dentist to go anywhere but here. Gillian as a supposed office manager should be ashamed of herself for allowing patients to be treated like garbage and then doing absolutely nothing about it.

  Dr. Peidaluea is AMAZING! I got 2 extractions done and he was so kind and caring. He tells you exactly what he is about to do- so you are never freaked out. He froze my mouth, but because he really didn't want me to be in pain he really froze it well. I felt pressure- but never pain. He is continually asking if you feel ok- or if you need a break. Also, this has nothing to do with me. But he is so kind to his staff. They say please and thank you, and he compliments his staff when they do something awesome. And he genuinely means what he says. I will definitely go back

  Dr. Rob Piedalue is an amazing dentist. I have been seeing him for 10 years after 5 years of searching dentists after arriving in Red Deer. Good dentists are hard to find and Rob is amazing!!! I cant speak to any of the other dentists in his office. But Rob is the best!!! I used to see Rob when he was working under another dentist at another practice but I followed him when he opened his own practice here.
